
On the occasion of Taste—Florence’s leading showcase for Italian food & beverage excellence—FaroAlto reaffirms its commitment to enhancing brands, expertise, and iconic venues within gastronomic culture.
The group is present at Taste with La Molina, a historic Tuscan chocolate maker renowned for the quality of its raw materials and artisanal craftsmanship. At the same time, FaroAlto promotes an exclusive Fuori di Taste event at the historic Le Giubbe Rosse, recently the focus of a revitalization project.
Scheduled for Friday, February 6, the evening is conceived as a high-profile cocktail experience featuring finger food, briciole—Florentine tapas—and sweet and savory bites, paired with signature drinks, selected cigars, and a DJ set. The gastronomic journey includes a preview of the Sacher Colomba by Loretta Fanella, made with La Molina chocolate, and contributions by Romualdo Rizzuti, pizza master chef involved in the Bigè – Signature Pizza project.
Through its participation in Taste and the organization of the Fuori di Taste event, FaroAlto strengthens an integrated vision that brings together production, consultancy, and the enhancement of formats and historic venues, promoting a contemporary and cross-disciplinary idea of excellence.
