FaroAlto inaugurates a new and prestigious chapter in its confectionery history thanks to the collaboration with Loretta Fanella, one of the most renowned Italian and international pastry chefs, famous for her creativity, the balance between technique and art and the ability to transform every dessert into an aesthetic and sensory experience.

The agreement marks the start of a journey of innovation and enhancement of the group's pastry, which will see Loretta Fanella reinterpret some of the most iconic traditional recipes with her contemporary and refined touch.

The first result of this collaboration is the Author's panettone, symbol of Italian Christmas, which the pastry chef has rethought with the highest quality ingredients, natural leavening and a perfect harmony of aromas, textures and taste. A great leavened product that combines craftsmanship, elegance and creativity, best representing the FaroAlto philosophy.

The new panettones will be available at the group's historic pastry shops — Caffè Scudieri and Red Jackets in Florence, Conca d'Oro to Siena — and, from November 20, also onNannini's official e-shop (Www.nanninidolciecaffe.it).

The collaboration with Loretta Fanella will not stop at Christmas: in the coming months they will take shape new confectionery creations, from cookies to chocolate, made in the FaroAlto factories and signed by one of the greatest interpreters of contemporary Italian pastry.

The first creations will be presented in Premiere on November 11 at Caffè Giubbe Rosse in Florence and November 13 at the Conca d'Oro pastry shop in Siena, in two events dedicated to the press and the public.
